If you want to protect more than one assembly simultaneously or merge/embed assemblies, you must add the corresponding assemblies to this list.

Click "Scan Main Assembly Dependencies" to scan the dependencies of the main assembly and add them to the list.

For mixed settings (merge one assembly and embed the other one) click "Advanced Merge & Embed Settings".
